Portraits are a medium of artistic expression that can capture the heart and soul of relationships like no other form.  Families are all about relationships and images that reveal the strength of these ties not only shows the history but reinforces and deepens the impact and bonds within families.

Portraiture is a dynamic experience for both you and I.  It is a synergy of ideas and elements, impressions and interactions.  As true portrait artist, I have the ability to capture the essence of my client in a completely natural and uncontrived manner.  I want you to feel at ease and have fun with your portrait session.  Capturing the "real you" .. low key, relaxed, fun, high energy, goofy, creative ... is not that difficult when you can be yourself and forget that I am behind the camera.

The easiest way to capture your family essence is to have your session in your own home or familiar surroundings like the cottage, the lake, a favourite beach, the golf course or any other location of your choosing.  Indoor portraits can be anywhere with spectacular architectural interiors or public buildings.  Having a location portrait session emphasizes your connection with  those places and the relationships with those who share them with you.  This allows you to relax and have fun.  Bring Grandma and Grandpa...
