The newest addition to our family arrived on Friday, March 5th, 2010 at 6:20 p.m. Riley John weighed in at 8 pounds 3 ounces and 20.6 inches long. Riley has his daddy’s big feet and hands, his mommy’s nose and hair colour with the biggest blue eyes. We spent the afternoon cuddling our new grandson with Grandpa Kenney just enjoying every minute. Grandpa is even sure that Riley smiled at him (but we all know that this is just “gas”!)

Riley is number 6 of the 5th generation for his great-great grandfather, Gerald Swan, of Trenton, Ontario who will be celebrating his 105 birthday June 10, 2010. Great-great Grandpa is looking forward to meeting Riley soon. I am delighted to have three of the six - Ashley, Lincoln and Riley.
Riley also shares his birthday with his first cousin, Lincoln, who was born three years ago on the same day in the middle of the worst snow storm of that year! Auntie Jenn and Lincoln are also looking forward to meeting Riley shortly!
We are really thrilled to have Riley join the Swan, Martin and Kenney clan!
